Birth Preparation
37 to 41+6 weeks
With this unique treatment I aim to prime your body and mind to welcome your baby. The focus is relaxation and hormonal balance.
Over 60 minutes, I combine Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Massage to allow you to offload from stress. During the treatment you can discuss your worries or just enjoy the peaceful moment.
Post-due date package
39 - 41+6 weeks
Is your due date fast approaching and you want to prepare naturally your body to give birth? The package includes 3 appointments in your 39th-41st weeks of pregnancy. The treatement is a combination of stimulation of Acupressure points, Aromatherapy and Massage. Its use has been found to be effective to promote spontaneous onset of labour. You will also be provided with your unique blend of essential oils to use at home.
Massage
I combine the benefits of the Healing Touch through massage with a bespoke blend of Essential Oils. Every stage of pregnancy is different and so are the needs associated to it. You can choose between hands, feet, legs, back massage or a combination of them.
Moxibustion
From 35 weeks
Is your baby on a breech position? Moxibustion is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique used to turn a breech baby head down. It involves burning a Moxa stick next to a specific acupressure point to stimulate transfer of heat through the baldder meridian. The stick is made of dried mugwort (Artemisia vukgaris). During the appointment we will dsicuss mode of use including how and when to perform the treatment.
